About Court: State vs A Nobody Telugu Movie:
Set in 2013 in Visakhapatnam, the movie follows Mettu Chandrashekar (Harsh Roshan), aka Chandu, the son of a watchman who earns a living through odd jobs. His life takes a turn when he meets Jabilli (Sridevi Apalla), a student from a respectable family.
